Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated 8/5/2026

This page explains when you can get money back, how much, and how to ask.

Cancelling a plan

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops future charges. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and any credits already in your account remain usable.

You do not need to contact us to cancel, and there is no cancellation fee.

Refunds on credits

Credits are the unit you spend when the app processes a statement or answers a question. You can request a refund at any time from Settings → Billing → Request a refund.

What is refundable. Only credits you actually paid for and have not yet used. We value them against your own past orders, most recent first — so you are refunded what you paid, not a current list price.

What is not refundable:

Credit typeRefundableWhy
Credits bought in a plan or package, still unusedYesYou paid for them and have not used them
Credits you have already spentNoThe processing has been done
Free or trial creditsNoNothing was paid
Goodwill credits granted by our support teamNoNothing was paid
Credits we returned to you after a failed jobNoThese are a replacement, not a purchase
Top-up creditsNoTop-ups are sold as non-refundable, and this is stated at checkout

When you request a refund we show you the estimated amount before you submit, along with a breakdown of anything excluded, so there are no surprises.

How long it takes

Every request is reviewed by a person. We aim to respond within 5 business days. If approved, the money is returned through the same payment method you used (Stripe, Razorpay or PayPal) and the corresponding unused credits are removed from your account at the same time.

Your bank or card issuer usually takes a further 5–10 business days to show the refund on your statement. That part is outside our control.

If a request is declined

We will tell you why. Common reasons are that the credits have already been spent, or that the balance is made up of free or goodwill credits. You can reply to the decision and a second reviewer will look at it.

Your statutory rights

Nothing on this page limits rights you have under the consumer law of your own country, including any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period. Where local law gives you a stronger right than this policy, the law applies.

Duplicate or unrecognised charges

If you see a charge you do not recognise, or you were billed twice, contact us before raising a chargeback — we will investigate and correct it faster than your bank can.
