How to Change Your Preferred AI Quality in Settings

Not every document needs the same level of AI horsepower. StatementOrganizer lets you choose the AI quality that fits your needs, right from Settings.

How to change your AI quality:

1. Go to Settings from the menu at statementorganizer.com, then open the AI tab.
2. Find the model quality option and choose between standard and High.
3. Save your preference — it applies to your future analysis automatically.

Choosing High is a good idea for harder documents — statements with unusual formatting, dense fee schedules, or lower-quality scans — since it gives the AI more capability to read them accurately. Just keep in mind that High consumes more credits than the standard option, so it's worth reserving for the documents that really need it.

For everyday, clean statements, the standard quality setting works great and is more efficient with your credit usage.

If your plan doesn't include model selection, you'll see a note letting you know an upgrade is needed to unlock the High option — but most users find the standard setting handles the vast majority of statements just fine.

This small setting gives you control over the balance between accuracy and credit usage, so you can decide what matters most for each batch of statements you upload.
