How to Use Prompts From the Community

StatementOrganizer Team · July 5, 2026

Why start from scratch when other StatementOrganizer users have already figured out a great prompt? The Community section is a shared library of AI prompts, rated and ready to use.

How to browse and use community prompts:

  1. Go to Community from the menu at statementorganizer.com.
  2. Browse prompts by top-rated, or search and filter by category to find something relevant to you.
  3. Each prompt shows a title, description, who submitted it, its rating, and how many people have used it.
  4. Give a thumbs-up to prompts you find useful — you can always undo it later if you change your mind.
  5. When you find one you like, choose to copy it, download it as text, or apply it directly — applying adds it to your own Prompt Library and takes you straight to Reports with a new job ready to configure.

If you ever spot a prompt that seems off-topic or inappropriate, you can flag it for our team to review.

Community prompts are a great shortcut — someone may have already built the exact analysis you were about to write yourself, like spotting hidden subscriptions or summarizing travel spend. Featured prompts, highlighted by our team, are a great place to start if you're not sure where to look.
